This role involves collaborating with ServiceNow implementation teams to deploy and configure ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, understanding of ITIL frameworks, and scripting/technical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements).
- Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
