The ServiceNow Associate Consultant will join a high-performing ServiceNow implementation team, focused solely on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring applications, participating in agile ceremonies, developing solutions, troubleshooting, and contributing to knowledge sharing. The role requires strong scripting and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (not managed services or minor enhancements).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps)
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
  • Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
