The ServiceNow Associate Consultant will join a high-performing implementation team, focusing solely on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. The role involves deploying and configuring ServiceNow applications, participating in Agile ceremonies, developing technical solutions, and contributing to knowledge sharing with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to growth.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
Requirements Summary
