This Executive-KDNI consultant role involves collaborating with a ServiceNow implementation team to deploy and configure ServiceNow applications. The role requires prior experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements), a strong understanding of ITIL, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment
