Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not managed services/enhancements).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management.
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
