Experienced Customer Service Manager - German speaking for Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions. Accountable for customer service delivery in the international market. Manage service quality, optimize portfolios, and collaborate with top management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry
  • Extensive experience in Service, Delivery, Partner management or as a technical Product Owner
  • Fluency in English and German (B2 or higher)
  • Applied knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts
  • Experience in Process management
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies (Public and or Private) and networking
  • Cloud-native technologies (Containers, Microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps) is an advantage
  • Experience in transitioning and transforming new initiatives is an advantage
  • Experience in in-depth contract management is an advantage
