We are looking for an Expert in Third Party Risk Management to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management or outsourcing, and a university degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields. The role involves managing the efficient and effective implementation of the AZ Third Party Risk Management Policy across AZ Group and assigned entities, performing TPRM/Outsourcing Maturity Assessment, and contributing to internal and external audits regarding Third Party Risk Management.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management or outsourcing, Contact Management Vendor Management or Procurement
- University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to adapt to change and to manage goals in hypothetic situations with unclear formal structure
- Proactive initiative to perform research and find solutions/recommendations to issues or problems
- Ability to develop and execute plans to deliver quality results on time
- Team player with the ability to work individually and in virtual international teams, share information, and support colleagues
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and open to new learning opportunities
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional groups
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point); knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages, ServiceNow is a plus
