Requirements

  • Completed Vocational Training in Information Technology or a comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of various operating systems and web browsers
  • Knowledge of IT service management and ticketing systems (iET ITSM, OTRS or ServiceNow)
  • Openness to IT matters
  • Very good German language skills
  • Good communication skills
