Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Fluent in English; German required, Italian a plus
