Federal Budget and Finance Analyst (USPS)

LMI is seeking a skilled Federal Budget and Finance Analyst to support the investment request support team. This role involves providing practical solutions to help the client manage costs and deliver a reliable, efficient, trusted, and affordable universal delivery service. The position offers a hybrid work model with an on-site requirement in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of federal budgeting experience
• Minimum 4+ years of demonstrated program administration experience in IT and/or Finance environment
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Federnal IT Capital Planning and Budgeting
• Verification of process knowledge of federal cost estimation tools and techniques
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Intermediate SharePoint skills
• Experience with SharePoint and ServiceNow
• Currently holding a USPS Public Trust Clearance
