AVASO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Field Engineer to provide support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, troubleshoot solutions, and manage IT infrastructure. The role involves hardware/software support, network infrastructure, server maintenance, and user training. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA certifications are preferred
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Strong hardware, networking, and Cisco router knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit, willing to travel, and able to handle equipment
