AVASO Tech is seeking an experienced IT Field Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. The role requires strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach, working with hardware, software, and mobile devices. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and training.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Onsite support
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 OS
  • Good expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook
  • ITIL process knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy)
  • IT security best practices knowledge
  • English and local language (B2 level)
  • Certification: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent

Requirements Summary

2-4 years onsite support experience, Windows 10 OS knowledge, and ITIL expertise are required. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is also necessary
