The Finance Transformation Manager will lead transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes through innovative technology solutions. The role will oversee citizen development teams, drive integration and collaboration across cross-functional teams, and identify and unlock technology potential within the client’s environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD/DHS 'PUBLIC TRUST'
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, or a related field
- SEVEN (7) years of experience leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- Foundational understanding of the capabilities of low-code platforms, such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, and UiPath
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, fostering innovation while ensuring governance and quality standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization
