Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in an Oracle Cloud Functional/Technical Support or System Analyst role
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in using JIRA, ServiceNow, or a similar ITSM platform
- SQL and/or OTBI/BIP report development experience
