We are looking for a motivated IT Business Systems / Configuration Analyst who's eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a high-stakes environment. The role involves hands-on experience with mission-critical systems, learning how to manage IT assets and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and ready to make their mark in the world of IT.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- US Citizen with 7 years of addresses in the US - Must pass background check
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Around 3 years of relevant professional or technical experience
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Tripwire or White List Profiler (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks like NERC CIP-010 (nice-to-have)
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or ChangeGear (nice-to-have)
