Forward Deployed Solution Architect – Applied AI FDE

ServiceNow is seeking a Forward Deployed Solution Architect (FDSA) to partner with customers on AI-driven solutions. This role involves leading strategic discovery, architecting AI-native systems, and collaborating with engineers to scale solutions across the Now Platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for transforming ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Strong grasp of LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience in guiding cross-functional technical teams.
