Forward Deployed Solution Engineer – Applied AI FDE

ServiceNow's Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDDE) team is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with customers to build and deliver scalable AI solutions. The role involves problem-solving, system design, and integration with existing infrastructure. It's an opportunity to shape the future of AI, particularly within the Now AI Platform, and become a key contributor to ServiceNow's innovative platform and enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles
• Experience with AI-powered tools, APIs, and orchestration pipelines
• Experience with LLM tooling like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, and vector search
• Production deployment experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Valid travel (30%) to deliver onsite
