Forward Deployed Solution Engineer – Applied AI FDE

ServiceNow is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the development of AI-enhanced solutions within the enterprise. The role involves building scalable AI solutions, working with customers to design and implement solutions, and establishing best practices within the platform. The engineer will serve as a CTO for a build, owning the full stack from backend to front-end integrations.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles.
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production.
• Solid foundation in backend (Python, Node.js, Java), frontend (React, Angular), APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, vector search, and context management.
• Strong debugging skills.
• DevOps fluency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Field readiness for on-site deployment.
