Mindrift is seeking a freelance ServiceNow Consultant to assist in the development of AI models. The role involves reviewing intents, creating test cases, defining Golden Paths, and providing user agent instructions. This is a remote, project-based position within a technology innovation company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
• Setup of ServiceNow ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation
• Managing groups, roles, and permissions
• Configuring multiple departments within a single ServiceNow instance
