Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant area.
• You have a minimum of 3 year of professional experience.
• Level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
• Setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation.
• Managing groups, roles, and permissions.
• Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single ServiceNow instance.
