Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Advanced level of English (C1 or above)
- Ability to set up and manage ServiceNow tickets, triggers, macros, and automation
- Understanding of ServiceNow features, including collaboration and automation
