Mindrift is seeking a Freelance ServiceNow Consultant specializing in AI Trainer. The role involves reviewing pre-generated intents, creating Golden Paths, and writing user agent instructions for ServiceNow applications, contributing to the development of advanced AI models. This is a remote project offering expertise in AI, automation, and fine-tuning AI outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Advanced level of English (C1+)
- Experience setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros and automation
- Experience managing groups, roles and permissions within ServiceNow
- Ability to quickly learn and switch tasks and guidelines
- Laptop, internet connection, and time availability
- Enthusiasm for tackling challenging projects
