Cabify is seeking a versatile and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to join their technology team in Madrid. This role involves providing expert technical support to users, participating in project planning and execution, and maintaining computer equipment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem-solver.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems in corporate environments.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware problems (PC, laptops, printers, peripherals).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira Service Management, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Experience in administering platforms such as Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
  • Optionally: Knowledge of scripting (Python)
