Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
• Ability to set up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation
• Familiarity with ServiceNow administration and multi-department group management
• Willingness to learn new methods and quickly adapt to changing tasks
