We are looking for a professional with solid experience in development and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module.
Requirements
- Develop, configure and maintain solutions in the FSO module, aligned with business needs
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and corporate systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub or middleware
- Create and customize Service Portals, widgets and interfaces to ensure an intuitive experience
- Collaborate with architecture, governance and business teams to apply best practices on the platform
- Perform technical analysis, testing, troubleshooting and performance optimizations in scripts and integrations
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation of solutions and developed workflows
- Support rollout, upgrades and continuous improvement projects on the ServiceNow platform
