Functional Insurance Consultant

We are seeking a Functional Insurance Consultant to analyze projects that are structurally important to our clients in the Banking / Insurance sector.

Requirements

• Excellent Knowledge of the trade: (IARD, health, previsions, life, retirement, lender's insurance...), and a perfect knowledge of the related business processes (ex: claim management, accounting, HR...)
• A perfect knowledge of the Tech Culture with an understanding of the project life cycle, basic knowledge of APIs, be able to request data on SQL
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban...) or V-cycle
• Familiarity with ticketing tools: Jira, ServiceNow, Trello
• Familiarity with documentation tools: Confluence, Notion, Word, Excel
• Familiarity with testing tools: TestLink, Postman (if API), SoapUI
• Familiarity with application systems: ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), specific business tools
