DoiT is seeking a Remote Support Specialist/Billing Specialist to provide world-class SaaS application and billing support in Eastern Europe, the UK, Ireland, and Spain. The role involves analyzing customer billing lines, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a technical background and customer-facing experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support role or similar in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing experience
  • Experience creating and enhancing documentation for the Product Support organization and internal staff
  • Experience with Ticketing / Case Management System like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer software problems
  • Service mindset with strong communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Embody a 'be curious' personality and a willingness to learn
