ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Accelerator Consultant - Impact to join their Dublin, Ireland team. This role is part of the ServiceNow Impact product, which personalizes digital transformation for customers. The consultant will deliver technical accelerators and help customers advance their solutions through ServiceNow's Now Platform. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 weeks of in-office work, focused on business value delivery and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow development and different ServiceNow modules.
- Proven technical and business process experience leading ServiceNow solutions.
- Knowledge of technical components (LDAP, SAML/SSO) and integrations.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prepared to study and maintain ServiceNow certifications.
