DoiT is seeking a self-motivated GCP Product Support Specialist/Billing Specialist to provide world-class support to SaaS applications and billing issues remotely. The role involves analyzing customer issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate billing information. This is a fast-paced position focused on a highly automated, data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support role or similar in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing experience
  • Experience creating and enhancing documentation for the Product Support organization
  • Experience with Ticketing / Case Management System like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer software problems
  • A service mindset with strong communication skills
