DoiT is seeking a remote GCP Product Support Specialist/Billing Specialist to join the Client Services team. The role involves providing world-class SaaS application and billing support, working with customers to resolve technical issues, and contributing to the team's success through documentation and knowledge sharing. They are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and customer-facing experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support role or similar in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing experience
  • Experience creating and enhancing documentation for the Product Support organization
  • Experience with Ticketing / Case Management System like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Service mindset with empathy and conflict resolution skills
