Requirements

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets from scratch
• Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap
• Create visually engaging, brand-compliant, and user-centered designs using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborate with platform developers and stakeholders to integrate portal with workflows, APIs, and data sources
• Customize the look and feel of the portal to align with branding and user experience standards
• Participate in backend ServiceNow development, including scripting
• Maintain documentation
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Experience with enterprise platforms or customer-facing web applications
