HRS Solutions Specialist

Eaton is seeking a HR Solutions Specialist based in Tanauan, Batangas, PHL, 4232 to support global HR systems, automation, and data-informed decision-making. The role involves maintaining and optimizing HRS technologies, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with global teams. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR systems support, reporting, or process enablement
• Proficiency in ServiceNow serving as an HRSD admin with configuration experience
• Experience with supporting Data Analytics, using multiple media platforms
• Using and configuring Microsoft Power Platform applications
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with UAT coordination and documentation
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT or governance teams
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
