HRS Solutions Specialist

Eaton is seeking an HR Solutions Specialist based in Tanauan, Batangas. The role involves supporting global HRS systems and tools, enabling process automation, and providing data-informed decision-making. The specialist will maintain and enhance technology platforms like ServiceNow and Microsoft power tools, lead UAT, and collaborate with global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR systems support, reporting, or process enablement
• Proficiency in ServiceNow serving as an HRSD admin with configuration experience
• Experience with supporting Data Analytics, using multiple media platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
