Everience is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (Level 1/2) to join their London team. The role involves providing on-site and occasional off-site support to approximately 50-100 users, managing incidents, and ensuring high quality service delivery. The company offers a range of services, including consulting, desktop engineering, and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and networking.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and standard office IT.
- Provide excellent in-person and remote user support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
- Maintain clear documentation of incidents and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with a team of 4 IT staff.
