ServiceNow is looking for a Global Client Director to produce new business with existing accounts and lead virtual teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in client management, AI integration, and executive relationship management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client management in the GSI Global systems Integrator vertical
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
