Inizio is seeking a Global Head of People Services to lead a global team responsible for reshaping how the company supports its workforce. This senior leader will define strategy, lead HR operations, and leverage digital tools to improve employee experience and organizational health. The role requires strategic vision, leadership, and a strong understanding of HR technology and data to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive global experience leading People Services functions within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven leadership at the executive level, with deep engagement with C-suite stakeholders.
• Track record of driving digital transformation and service excellence through HR technology and automation, including Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong capabilities in HR data and analytics, including dashboard development, trend analysis, predictive modeling, and data storytelling.
• Experience building and leading high-performing, service-oriented teams, with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach and strong financial and business acumen.
