Intern - Associate Software Quality Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking an Associate Certification Engineer Intern to join the certification engineering team. This role involves technical reviews of partner application architecture, ensuring compliance with platform best practices, and contributing to automated testing tools. The intern will gain experience in the ServiceNow platform and develop skills in platform engineering, security testing, and automation.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university
• Minimum age of 18
• Commitment to a full-time internship (6 months duration)
• Solid foundation in scripting/development (JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages)
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web service integration concepts
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
• Ability to learn quickly the new features and products on the ServiceNow platform
