The Global HR ServiceNow Leader will set the strategic direction and vision for ServiceNow product or platform, ensuring successful adoption within the organization. Key responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with development teams.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years' experience implementing and optimizing operational processes on the ServiceNow platform or similar platforms
- Specialized expertise in ServiceNow and its various modules, particularly Human Resources (HR)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
