Key responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with development teams.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years' experience implementing and optimizing operational processes on the ServiceNow platform or similar platforms
  • Specialized expertise in ServiceNow and its various modules, particularly Human Resources (HR)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
