Global Identity & Compliance Manager

This is a global Identity & Compliance Manager role at Carmeuse's headquarters in Belgium, responsible for shaping the organization's identity management and governance practices. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT Security, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IAM, with direct involvement in privileged access, Identity Governance, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver automation
• Experience with Microsoft and ServiceNow
• Familiarity with GDPR, NIS2, and access governance
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to connect fragmented ownership
• Practical identity-related policies and procedures
