Global Identity & Compliance Manager

As Identity and Compliance Manager, you'll own the global identity landscape, shape identity management and governance practices, and drive compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a global, individual contributor role focused on IAM including privileged access, automation, and scalability. The role requires strong technical expertise, business understanding, and the ability to deliver practical outcomes in a complex environment. This is a collaborative role working with IT, HR, and Security.

Requirements

• Own and manage the global Identity & Access Management framework
• Lead consolidation and optimization of privileged access tools
• Design and implement Identity Governance capabilities using Microsoft and ServiceNow
• Support SSO and MFA management
• Develop and maintain practical identity-related policies
