We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Global IT Alerting Services Lead to manage and support our critical incident and alerting systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of Everbridge, facilitating its transition to ServiceNow On-Call, and advising on broader IT alerting and event management strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in IT Alerting, Service Management, and/or technical project management
- Excellent understanding of incident management and alerting technologies such as Everbridge and ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, knowledge management, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across levels and functions
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of complex issues and develop effective solutions
