CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global IT Service Operations and Support Professional to join their Application Shared Capabilities Division. This role will focus on ensuring the successful execution of IT project management and service delivery, contributing to both technology services and business objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in technology services and project delivery
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, Python, and experience with databases such as Cassandra, Elassandra, and PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools including Kibana, OpenSearch, and Grafana
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, pod management, Dead Letter Queues, ServiceNow, Remedy, and OTRS
  • Proficient use of SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
