Hitachi Digital, part of the Hitachi Group, is seeking a Global People Services HR Coordinator to provide administrative and staff support for Global HR, employees, and managers. This role involves processing HR transactions, onboarding new hires, managing terminations, assisting with projects, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The position is demanding, fast-paced, and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a shared services environment
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday or ServiceNow (preferred)
- Prior experience with employee offboarding (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (desired)
