This role involves providing operational support, resolving issues, maintaining data integrity, and enabling HR teams to leverage digital tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS platforms and a strong focus on quality, process compliance, and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS or digital HR platform (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar)
- Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to process compliance and operational excellence
- Structured, service-oriented thinking that puts user needs first
- Comfort working in international, virtual teams with clear English communication
