- Definition, documentation, and continuous improvement of Global Reliability IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Introduction of AI technologies into ITSM processes
- Process governance by monitoring compliance and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaboration with global cross-functional teams
- Process documentation, workflows, and knowledge articles maintenance
- Process reviews, audits, and reporting activities
- Training and awareness sessions coordination
- Service data analysis
- Administrative support for process-related meetings, workshops, and initiatives
