Bosch is seeking a Global Transport Process Expert to integrate transport and shipping processes and build a digital & automated transportation ordering process with freight forwarders on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in transport operations and processes management and a strong understanding of transport management systems.
Requirements
- Fluent English language knowledge, German is an advantage
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in transport operations and processes management
- High level knowledge of transport management systems and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- On hand experience with using of continuous improvement methodologies, lean six sigma certification (black, green belt) is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written, collaboration and presentation skills)
- Project management experience in development, implementation and change management
- Openness and curiosity to search for and try out for new technologies/softwares
- Advanced MS 365 knowledge, Visio and MS SQL knowledge is an advantage
