DoiT is seeking a remote Service Support Specialist to provide world-class cloud application and billing support to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) customers. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate billing records. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and customer-facing experience with cloud computing, and a strong focus on self-development.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical support role or similar in a B2B SaaS environment
- 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing experience
- Experience creating and enhancing documentation for the Product Support organization and internal staff
- Experience with Ticketing / Case Management System like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer software problems, including bug tracking systems
- Service mindset with empathy and strong communication skills
- A ‘be curious’ personality and self-motivated learner
