We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). The role focuses on platform ownership, workflow engineering, integration with enterprise tools, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies. The role involves automation of risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes, as well as collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Own and manage the GRC technology platform, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows to automate risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate GRC requirements into functional solutions.
- Perform regular platform reviews, health checks, and drive continuous improvements to enhance user experience.
- Manage change requests, upgrades, and patches to ensure platform stability.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on GRC platform functionalities.
- Generate advanced reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making.
Requirements Summary
