ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Government Affairs and Public Policy – Canada, a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s government relations and public policy strategy across all levels of government. This individual will lead ServiceNow’s engagement with policymakers, regulators, and industry associations to advance the company’s policy priorities in AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital government. The role involves strategic advising, advocacy, and ensuring policy alignment with ServiceNow’s global objectives and Canadian business priorities.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of senior experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the technology sector or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working within or closely with the federal government.
  • Strong understanding of Canada’s policy-making process and legislation.
  • Expertise in technology policy, particularly AI governance, digital transformation, and data regulation.
