GPS Onboarding Advisor

Hitachi Digital is seeking a GPS Onboarding Advisor to support Global HR, employees, and managers in the United States and Latin America. The role involves processing HR transactions, managing onboarding workflows, ensuring compliance, and providing expert guidance on best practices. The position requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1+ years in a shared services or HR support role focusing in US Onboarding
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a nice to have
• Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving skills
