Corning is seeking an Engineer to join their Optical Communications team to maintain business support and administration for the ServiceNow IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management applications. This role involves comprehensive maintenance of the platform, ensuring data integrity, identifying and mitigating security risks, and optimizing performance. The engineer will collaborate with operational systems and support resources to maintain system integration and continuity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of total ServiceNow experience
- 2+ years of ServiceNow design and implementation experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow applications (IT Operations Mgmt. and IT Asset Mgmt.)
- Extensive understanding of integration standards
- In-depth understanding of CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Activity Designer
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow’s license and entitlement structure
- JavaScript experience
